Stareo is the Starlight Complien. It belongs to the Cosmic Element. It grows into Moonfish.
Appearance[]
Stareo is a golden-yellow Complien, donning a starfish-like appearance. It has five tentacle-like appendages, equipped with suckers which allow it to grapple onto comets. It also has a pair of black, half-closed eyes, which are highly developed for living in space. On top of it's head, it has a sequence of orbs which attach to a larger star-like crystal in it's forehead. This crystal is the living source of the Stareo and as a result, when touched it unleashes a torrent of energy in order to drive other hungry Compliens away.

Stareo is a Complien found in the vast reaches of space. It lives in groups known as constellations, and in these constellations, the Compliens drift around space looking for ice, rock, and nebula to feast upon. As a group, the Stareos are able to successfully take down large comets moving at umpteen times the speed they are, and this is thanks to their bodily structure and strength when combined.
When a constellation of Stareos find a large planet, they enter it's atmosphere and explore the planet, looking for rocks to eat. These are known as meteor showers, and these showers roughly occur at similar times, making the Stareo's movements very predictable. Stareos are at much larger risk of being attacked when on planets, and so they form large comet-like bodies in order to protect themselves. Stareos can communicate across vast distances, which helps them locate the best sources of food available over a much larger distance.
Stareos are able to perform a wide array of attacks, and this prevents them from being prey in most circumstances. Stareos are thought to seldom encounter Astracaelii in the wilderness of space, though if they do, the constellation will live under its protection. Stareos grow into Moonfish when they settle upon a sattelite of some sorts. It can vary between an icy water world, a rocky planet or a cloudy gas giant.
